Home Health Care services that include, but not limited to:
- Provides a safe environment for the patient and family.
- Gives full or partial bath - in bed, tub or shower. (Tub bath can be given only with permission from Nursing Supervisor.)
- Assists with patient's personal grooming, including care of hair, teeth and mouth, foot care, dressing, shaving, and nail care (other than cutting of nails).
- Assists patient in walking and in moving from bed to chair or wheelchair.
- Prepares and serves simple meals according to patient's specific diet needs; assists patient with eating.
- Performs household tasks essential to the patient's health, such as:
- Keeps patient's room neat and clean including dusting and vacuuming;
- Makes and changes the bed - occupied or unoccupied;
- Tidies up bathroom and kitchen after use, including dish washing after meals;
- Does the patient's personal laundry and bed linen;
- Does food marketing needed for patient.
- Assists with oral medication ordered by the doctor that can be self-administered.
- Follows orders and keeps simple records as instructed by the Nursing Supervisor, who consults with the physician and family.
- Accompanies the patient to the physician's office or medical facility when necessary, but is not allowed to drive any vehicle.
- Provides socialization.
Certified Nursing Assistant & Home Health Aides are available on an hourly basis. Hourly aides are available for five, six, or seven days per week. Our minimum is 4 hours per day. Other arrangements can be made if necessary based on patients circumstances.

Priority Care, One Time or Periodic Service (Immediate service following discharge, or service lasting less than one month, 4 hour shift minimum)
- Rates are based on per hour charge, 24 hours per day available.
- Please call the office to confirm availability.
- Overtime applies for excess of forty (40) hours per week or 5 days live-in of service performed by the same employee.

Long Term Care Service (Service more than one month, 4 hours per day minimum, 20 hours total per week)
- Hourly and Daily services available.
- RN follow up visitation costs included
- Time and a half overtime rates apply if the same Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) -Home Health Aide (HHA) is requested to work on an hourly basis over 40 hour in one week. Time and a half rates also apply to households where an aide must care for two people.
We require our services to be prepaid 2 weeks' in advance as a security deposit. The 2 weeks' deposit will be used towards the last two weeks of service and will be credited to the Client's account.

Home Living Services Provided to you in your own home
We have staff employees who can provide you with the following services:
- Housekeeping & maintenance
- Cooking
- Bathing
- Shopping
- Assistance with medicine
- Errands services
- Bill payment services
- Monitoring calls services
These services are designed for clients who need assistance on occasion, such as once per week or less. This service allows you to keep your independence while maintaining costs and outside interference to a minimum. Services start at four (4) hours per visit.
Home Living Services Provided to you as a package
We have staff members who can provide you with comprehensive services intended to maintain your quality of life and independence. The services are tailored and designed to work in your own home environment, which is more cost effective then using separate services listed above. Please inquire our office for details and pricing on this service. We believe that you will find this more enjoyable and cost effective than being in an assisted living home.
